Department of Refugees Affairs (DRA) in the Ministry of Immigration

Services offered: Design and implementation of IP Telephony service for 150 users.
Requirements: This was in order to reduce the cost of calling from the Nairobi HQ to Daadab and Kakuma Refugee camps and improve employees’ productivity
Results and benefits:

  1. IP telephony improved employees’ availability hence improving productivity.
  2. Voice call over the data network has managed to lower calling cost by 40%
